We never did decide what to call ourselves.

So call us whatever you like.

You can come to us with an empty room, an open field, or a message that says “I have an idea”.

From there we put together the concept, the visual language, the bar, light, decor, equipment, the crew, the organising and the content. From an intimate dinner to a large event.

We don’t need a finished plan. We need a reason to make one from scratch.

What does Elysian Hub take on?

We can start from an empty space

A bare room, an open field, or a single line in a message. No finished plan required.

Develop the concept and visual language

We work out what the event is about and how it looks, from its name to the way a cocktail is served.

Assemble the bar, decor, light and equipment

A cocktail list written for the event, the counter, glassware, ice, light and sound. We bring it, build it, plug it in.

Find the crew and run the process

We find the people the project needs, brief them and pull everyone into one system.

Shoot the teasers, interviews and the launch

We document every stage, from the first thought to the final result.

Run the event and film the final piece

On the day we are behind the bar and behind the camera. Afterwards there is a film, not only memories.

An evening bar inside a coffee shop. Rather than stop at a handsome final cut, we showed the project from the inside: who was behind the collaboration, how the drinks were made, what happened before the doors opened, and how the night ended.
